Overview

The third in the WISERD/CREW joint seminar series on issues of regeneration in Wales. Housing Associations in Wales have a strong track record of delivering regeneration initiatives.  This has been given added impetus by the stock transfer process and the emergence of new housing agencies and the community mutual model.  Housing agencies are creating major employment opportunities  for their residents and assisting the wider regeneration of the Welsh economy.  This seminar looks at current practice and the potential for further development of the ‘housing led’ regeneration agenda in Wales.
