Conference Registration Fees

The registration fee includes the cost of attending the conference, conference packs, lunch and refreshments.

The Early Bird rates for the conference applied to booking made prior to 14 May 2017. 


Standard Student Rates (for currently registered PhD students)

These rates are available from 15 May to 9 June.

5/6 July: Student Two Day Rate – Fee £70.00

5 July: Student Day Rate – Fee £35.00

Conference Dinner - 5 July 2017 

The conference dinner will be held in the 1884 Restaurant, The Bangor Management Centre, Bangor University. The fee of £35 (inclusive of VAT) covers attendance to the conference dinner on the evening of 5 July 2017.


Overnight en-suite accommodation is available for Wednesday 5 July in the University Halls, Bangor University (includes breakfast) at £38.50 per person (inclusive of VAT).

Single Room and breakfast – Fee £70.00

Double Room (single occupancy) and breakfast – Fee £81.00

Executive Room and breakfast – Fee £97.00

Please note: In order to speak at this event you will also need to register as a delegate.


Conference registration fees include access to conference sessions, lunch and refreshments. Fees do not include travel, the conference dinner or accommodation. The conference dinner and accommodation is available as an optional extra. Payment must be received prior to the event. 

The organisers cannot accept liability for costs incurred in the event of the conference having to be cancelled as a result of circumstances beyond their reasonable control. 

Early Bird Rate: To qualify for ‘the Early Bird rate’ you must register by 14 May 2017. Bookings received after this date will be subject to the full delegate rate. 

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given for any cancellations before 14 May 2017. Cancellations after 14 May 2017 will incur a 50% cancellation charge. No money will be refunded for cancellations after Friday 2 June 2017. Cancellation must be made in writing / by email. Substitutions are acceptable but must be requested in writing / by email.
