WISERD Annual Conference 2014

Aberystwyth University

The 2014 conference was the fifth annual WISERD conference, and followed on from four successful conferences, held in the Universities of Cardiff, Swansea, Bangor and South Wales.  Bringing practitioners, policy makers and social scientists together, WISERD conferences have become established as one of the most important events in the social science calendar.

Alzheimer’s Society has announced today (Tuesday 20 June) that it has committed almost £2million to the University of Exeter, as part of its biggest-ever single investment in dementia care research, which WISERD will be continuing to contribute to.
