 Biography

Prior to taking up his ESRC studentship at Swansea University, Sami acquired a B. Sc. Economics (With Spanish) and M. Sc. International Economics and Public Policy at Cardiff University.

Research Interests

Sami’s research interests are wide-ranging; as well as research on spatial disparities in Great Britain and other countries, research into different types of discrimination, and their influences on different sections of society (in terms of earnings).

Current Research

Sami is currently comparing the regional labour market pay structures across Great Britain, France and Spain.
