Biography 

Gabrielle Ivinson is a lecturer in social and developmental psychology in the School of Social Sciences, Cardiff University. 

Research Interests

Gabrielle’s research interests include Bernstein’s sociology of pedagogy; socio-cultural approaches to learning and development; social representations of learning; gender and schooling and children and young people’s construction of knowledge.
